As we move toward our 2027 Nationwide Rollout, CIV BRIDGE AI is looking for visionary leaders to join our Strategic Advisory Board. We are seeking individuals who have "been in the room" and can help us navigate the complex intersection of military policy, federal workforce programs, and HR technology.
We are seeking expertise in:
Government Relations & DoD Policy: To help us integrate with Transition Assistance Programs (TAP) and GS-level civilian hiring pathways.
HR Technology & ATS Integration: To assist in positioning our "Verified-Ready" talent feed as the industry standard for enterprise hiring.
Venture Capital & Scalability: To provide mentorship on our journey from a proven pilot to a universal infrastructure layer.
AI Ethics & Bias Mitigation: To ensure our "Anti-Rank Bias" logic remains the benchmark for ethical AI in recruitment.
