Our Origin: From a "Moment of Injustice" to a Scalable Solution

CIV BRIDGE AI wasn't born in a boardroom—it was born from a systemic failure.

When our founder, Patrice Harrington, transitioned from the military after managing $50M in critical assets and leading global supply chain operations, she was told by recruiters she "wasn't qualified." The reason? She wasn't a commissioned officer.

That moment revealed a billion-dollar blind spot: the civilian workforce is often blind to elite Enlisted (NCO) experience. Patrice realized that if a leader managing 50 million dollars in assets is considered "underqualified," the system is broken. She spent the next nine years mastering global logistics and cybersecurity to prove that unconventional paths are an asset, not a liability.
